Michael Restifo

Michael Restifo is the founder and President of Grayton Products. Raised in Mobile, Alabama, he developed a strong competitive drive while playing college baseball and earning a degree in finance. After beginning his career in the financial sector, Michael transitioned into the flooring industry, where he saw an opportunity to build a company that approached the business differently.

After several years working in retail flooring, Michael founded Grayton with a focus on delivering high-quality products, efficient operations, and exceptional service for builders and homeowners. Under his leadership, the company has grown rapidly and now serves customers across Birmingham and the Southeast.

Michael is deeply involved in product sourcing and development, traveling internationally to evaluate manufacturing partners and ensure Grayton products meet the company’s standards for quality and value. Working alongside VP of Sales & Distribution Darrell Locke, he continues to expand Grayton’s reach while maintaining a strong focus on customer relationships, craftsmanship, and long-term growth.

Based in Birmingham, Michael lives with his wife and two sons and remains committed to building a company that prioritizes both its customers and its team.
